Shipping Information

SHIPPING

All domestic parcels are shipped via UPS ground service or US post office. Air service via UPS, Fedex, and US post office is available at additional fee. Shipping and handling are additional unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping is your responsibility. You must notify The Hoffman Group within 21 days of the date of your invoice if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, wrong or damaged.

Shipping dates are estimates only. Most products are shipped from our warehouse to arrive within five business days of when you placed your order. However, there can be delays. Some items ordered together might not arrive in the same box.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping charges listed are for shipment by the United States Postal Service. If you wish to have your purchase shipped via UPS there is an additional fee. All international packages not shipped via UPS are at buyer’s risk of loss.

SAME DAY SHIPPING

Order must be placed by 2pm PDT Monday through Friday in order to ship out same day. We try our best to ship as soon as we receive your order.

Same day shipping is not available for select items. Excludes customized items, some oversized items, out of stock items and items on backorder. Holidays may affect shipping time.

Your order may ship sooner depending on order volume.

FREE SHIPPING

Valid on standard U.S. ground shipping in the 48 continental U.S. states only. Not valid on international shipments or to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Minimum order requirement must be met. Excludes select freight items and drop ships. Prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement. Eligible customers must select the ground shipping option during checkout in order to receive free shipping. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges will apply. Offer is not transferable and not valid for cash or cash equivalent. No adjustments on previous purchases. The Hoffman Group reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.
